Hello! I am Kelly, a girl who loves to bake and experiment in the kitchen. With my trusty kitchen aid mixer and a lot of practice I am going to try to perfect my baking skills. I hope to share with you what I learn along the way and many delicious recipes!
Besides baking, my other interests include running, yoga and nutrition. Yep, I’m a health nut who is constantly adapting recipes to be low-fat, gluten free and/or vegan. Don’t worry though, you will find plenty of butter and sugar here as well as we all know that’s what makes pastries taste so good! However, I do believe that healthy treats can be just as delicious and I love that I can enjoy them with a little less guilt 🙂 I will try to include healthy substitutions when I can and please always feel free to ask if I don’t.
